The breakfast was hearty with the waffles and had a good choice of food. The location was fantastic and wonderful right in the center of town, you may take train on Coaster Santa Fe train station within 20 minutes walk from here.

Some of the staff were very unhelpful.

I came here for 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Liked staff and location, everything was fairly clean and great. My room included a sitting area, a writing table, iron and ironing board.

We got 2 nights in this hotel, liked it. They gave us a standard room with ceiling fan.

Horribly expensive parking, which is offered in the hotel itself ($ 24 per day!!!), while the buking stands for the signs of Parking. Then they'd make a note that parking is available for an extra fee. Nearby there are several parking lots, which is also very expensive, but cheaper than here - $ 17 per day. Well, that should be taken into account when planning your budget. The receptionists seemed to have no interest at all. No smile to you. I wanted to prolong the night - they said they were out, I went to check on the buking - places showed... how so?... I did not understand - I preferred to leave the hotel.

The hotel and rooms are not clean at all. It smells badly and I think it does value to spend a little more and stay in a better hotel. Rooms are very small. By the way hotel charge you daily for safe in your room regardless of your request.

Location was prime, close to the convention center and lots of restaurants. I had a standout moment with the staff who offered me a heater when my room was cold.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints at all.

Rooms are tiny and run down as is the entire facility booked a double room and when we got there all they had was a king they blamed it on the website. The rollaway bed they gave us was a joke.
